My Favorite Vegan Holiday Dessert is:homemade mixed grain fruit crumble with store bought vegan chocolate dessert , topped with freshly grated nutmeg! yum yum mmmm the grains that i use is millet and oat flakes with a small amount of Wholemeal flour for cohesion purposes and a bit of wheat brain for extra fiber. not bad for a new vegan guy!!

although i am listener from the Great Britain the programs make fantastic listening , and is gives me plenty of ideas for daily menus as well as introducing me to other aspects of healthier living like raw foods. ooh and i the music is great - no point entering America's got talent!!Dec 18 2010 11:54am
