Gosh, so many yummy raw snacks. With spring coming...I am dreaming of a garden ripe tomato, sprinkled with sea salt...maybe chopped into a quickie salad with cucumbers, onions, parsley & some chickpeas (which aren't technically "raw"--but similar to a salad I had in a Turkish restaurant).

I like my sbacks simple: Almond butter on celery sticks, homemade soy yogurt, sunflower seeds,biscott and, of course, all kinds of hummus! Yum!

I go to the fruit bowl and cut up a couple of apples, some grapes, strawberries and bananas and any other fruit I have. Throw into a bowl and grab a fork. So healthy and keeps me from wanting junk food.

Our family loves to snack so I am always looking for healthy different snack foods. Like hummus and chick peas roasted with cinnamon. Cucumber dip with lentil chips. Love your show and I am a long long time fan.

Half an avocado, fill the empty seed hole with balsamic and a drop of extra virgin olive oil. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper, and enjoy!

I am new to this lifestyle. My go to snack is celery and red pepper strips dipped in any flavor hummus. Always have a plate of sliced veggies in the fridge handy. It helps!!

My favorite raw go to currently are lemon powerballs. Dates, sesame seeds, walnuts lemon juice & zest. Processed, rolled in shredded coconut. Yummy & nutritious & you are satisfied eating only one
