March 16TH, FRIENDS FOR LIFE: Today I welcome Shelley Marcy, Vice President of “Friends for Life Forever Farm,” whose mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and re-home senior and special needs companion animals. I’ll also welcome Julie Snyder, who is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Julie has her own private therapy practice and works as a Director at Bridge of Hope Henderson County. We’ll hear some great animal rescue stories and learn more about the Bridge of Hope!

March 23rd, ROBIN GAGER: Today I welcome, Robin Gager, who has been cooking since she became the proud owner of a Holly Hobby oven, and she hasn't looked back since! Robin’s cookbook, “Don’t Eat Me!” is for animal lovers. We’ll share classic meat recipes from all across America, such as chicken pot pie, southern biscuits and gravy, and Philly cheese-steaks, and created dead-ringers for the real thing using veggie-meat.

March 30TH, CHAT MINGKWAN: Today I welcome Native Thai author Chat Mingkwan, who is the celebrated owner of the “Unusual Touch Cooking School” in San Francisco.  We’ll discuss and share delicious Asian inspired, vegan recipes.
