I am so pleased to announce that a nationwide audience will soon see my easy and delicious vegetarian cooking on public television. Beginning October 1, 2011 thirteen 30-minute episodes of The JAZZY VEGETARIAN will be available to public television stations throughout the United States. Check your local listings. I am so excited to have this groundbreaking opportunity to share my tasty, vegetarian versions of classic, traditional American Cuisine with public television viewers nationwide!

The JAZZY VEGETARIAN is a stand-alone gem in the world of cooking shows with its complete focus on easy-to-prepare, satisfying, plant-based foods. My step-by-step instructions show viewers an easy way to cook and delight the taste buds while making healthy, earth-friendly choices, using no dairy, meat, eggs or animal products. 

The JAZZY VEGETARIAN appeals to a broad range of palates. From “Festive Zucchini Lasagna” to “Crispy Portabella Steaks,” these flavorful entrées satisfy even die-hard meat eaters. No one can resist my “Dazzling Chocolate Desserts.”  Each themed program serves up a menu of mouth-watering treats, such as a Bountiful Brunch Buffet which sets the table for “Herbed Sage Mini-Biscuits,” “Tasty No-Egg Scramble,” “Crispy Cashew French Toast,” “Tomato-Basil Pinwheel,” and “Fancy Fruit Salad.” 

It’s my goal to put healthy, plant-based recipes within the reach of every cook in America!
